1.Components&Process Flow

(1)Stock Preparation System
Recycled fiber processing:Pulping,screening,deinking(as needed),and light refining.
Blending:High proportion of recycled pulp;strength additives may be incorporated to improve performance.
(2)Headbox and Forming Section
Single-layer headbox:Ensures uniform pulp distribution on the wire without layered structures.
Long-wire former:Forms wet webs via vacuum dewatering,with lower requirements for surface quality.
(3)Press Section
Simple pressing(e.g.,plain roll pressing)with lower dewatering efficiency,resulting in porous and loose sheets.
(4)Drying Section
Fewer steam drying cylinders and lower drying temperatures(energy-saving).
(5)Winding and Slitting
